FatWallet (Ebates, Rakuten)

One of many original songs I’ve composed and recorded in the last 20 years, “I.M. Merica,” is featured during the 1:40-2:15 reel mark. The song’s instrumental backing track was recorded by midwest punk band, The Pimps, under exclusive rights permission that I granted the band. The video production, recording and editing by Pablo Korona for GrahamSpencer (brand ad agency) and their client, Tim Storm, CEO of Fat Wallet; for submission to Entrepreneur Magazine. I did not grant song rights permission to the videographer for editing into the songbed behind the production of the promotional piece for Tim Storm, but let it slide due to my arrangement with the band. “I.M. Merica,” was rerecorded by midwestern punk band, The Pimps, who included it on their last record with my permission and publishing credits. I earn five dollars a year in royalties from this song— because it genuinely pays to be a working artist in America, Tim Storm! : ) Watch and listen below.
